1. Assumption of Risk: Traveler acknowledges and agrees that all trips, excursions, and leisure tours involve inherent risks and uncertainties. By booking and participating in any trip, excursion, or leisure tour with Byntours, Traveler voluntarily assumes all risks, dangers, and hazards associated with such activities.
2. Release and Waiver: Traveler hereby releases and forever discharges Byntours, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of or in connection with the Traveler’s participation in any trips, excursions, or leisure tours offered by Byntours.
3. Responsibilities of Traveler: Traveler acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their personal health, safety, and well-being during the trips, excursions, and leisure tours. Traveler agrees to comply with all instructions, guidelines, and rules provided by Byntours and its representatives.
4. Medical Considerations: Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically able to participate in the chosen activities. Traveler must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns that may affect their ability to participate in the trips, excursions, or leisure tours.
5. Insurance: Traveler is strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events. Byntours is not responsible for any costs incurred due to Traveler’s failure to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
6. Changes and Cancellations: Byntours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, activities, or accommodations if necessary. In the event of a cancellation by Byntours, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements or a refund.
